Learn to prepare a variety of meat cuts in the heart of Hampstead
Butchery classes run for two hours and cover a variety of
cuts and techniques. Participants will have the chance to prepare a Banham
chicken, blade steak, rack of lamb and a loin of pork. All the meat that you
work with during the course of the butchery class will be yours to take home. You
will be provided with a butcher’s coat and the appropriate knives and equipment
including specialist chain mail gloves!
