Learn authentic Indian cookery in a beautiful rural setting
Indian Cookery Class Structure
These week day Indian cookery courses run between 10am and 3pm and are held in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, within easy travelling distance of Gloucester, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Newport, Shrewsbury and Hereford. There will be a minimum of three and a maximum of six students per class, to ensure you get the best attention. The day will start with tea or coffee and an introduction from Rayeesa giving an overview of the class.
The courses will be flexible, however you will learn about ingredients, (where to buy, health benefits etc) and cooking techniques.
You will collectively help create a meal consisting of five dishes on a days class (less on and evening class), with hands on practical cooking skills for everyone.
The food you will cook will mostly be 'Hyderabadi' cuisine, but other regions will also be incorporated, so that there is a full range of meat, fish, vegetarian meals and sweets to choose from. (Please check class schedule)
The level of skill will vary from easy (beginners), skilled (with some experience) and advanced levels. (I will be happy to discuss what class I feel will benefit you most)
The highlight of each class will be the "Meal" which we will get to enjoy together with a drink, after all that's what its all about! Before you leave you may browse our shop with essential spices and equipment and kitchen gifts!
